Hyundai Unveils More Information About the Kona

Ahead of the Kona's upcoming world premiere, Hyundai has revealed more details about the exciting new subcompact crossover. Set to make its worldwide debut this summer, the Kona boasts a progressive appearance that has clearly inherited Hyundai's new design ethos.

The vehicle's powerful front features Hyundai's new signature cascading grille, and twin headlights augment the expressive visual impact with LED headlights riding under LED Daytime Running Lights. This separation of the lights uses sleek and sharp shapes to evoke a confident appearance.

Hyundai expects that the all-new Kona will establish a new benchmark for the compact SUV segment. The vehicle's agile performance will offer better ride and handling dynamics, while drivers will enjoy better visibility -- which leads to increased driver comfort.

The Kona name follows Hyundai's tradition of naming the company's crossover and SUV models after noted travel destinations, with the newest model reflecting many of the attributes associated with living in the desirable Kona area on the big island of Hawaii.

After launching this summer, the Hyundai Kona is expected to be available in the United States in early 2018.Contact Gene Messer Hyundai to sign up to receive more information about the all-new Hyundai Kona subcompact crossover.
