Communication was horrible! It was impossible to get thru the service center and if u were lucky to get thru, they would never answer your call! My contact person never returned my messages, did not return my calls. Was not happy with them at all!

Bought a Hyundai Palisade new from a dealership out of state which also included road hazard warranty on the tires. Had a flat tire from running over some metal on the highway. Went to the nearest Hyundai Dealership to get tire replaced and was told you need to go to where you bought the car for the warranty to be valid.
This place is awful all the way around. My vehicle has been there since the FIRST week of February. There is an engine recall on my engine and my vehicle meets Hyundai's requirements, no older than 15 years old which mine is a 2016 and can't have over 150k miles mine has 144k miles. I bought your car at Dealer Hyundai in Texas on Apr 17, and had agreement and signed the paper that I will get the Tiltle and Plate at my home address in Georgia. AndI wait for near two week and received an email from Georgia ’s DMV that I need go to there for my cars registration . I really don’t understand how your dealer invole my case???? They requested a lot documents for registering my car and the tax . How can I control this?????

Took my car to get battery issues checked. A shuttle service was offered and provided after an hour's wait. They kept my car for 4 working days (dropped in mid Monday and made available mid Friday). Everyone was very friendly, but communication during the long wait was spotty.

Impossible to contact your service advisor, they do not keep you updated on the status of your vehicle, and attempt to get you to purchase additional repairs. Nothing major was done to my vehicle and it was in the shop for over two weeks. Luckily my repairs were recall repairs and were covered by the manufacturer. If I had to pay out of pocket, this place is grossly overpriced. The only reason for two stars is the lady that would answer the phone was always friendly and helpful.

The lack of communication to include status updates, clarity of understanding vehicle service issues needs, not answering inbound calls, not responding at all or timely when given the text ability to the customer and furthermore falling short on service and yet charging customer outrageous technician service charge for poor service is unacceptable
